These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PRISMORA website and the PRISMORA game. Please read them before using the site. They are written in plain language on purpose.

By accessing or using this website or the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the game.

2. Permitted use of the website and game

You may use this website and the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use them in a way that is unlawful, that interferes with other people’s use, or that attempts to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected service.

3. Intellectual property and personal use

The PRISMORA name, its visual design, its artwork, its game rules as expressed in the software, and the website content are the project’s intellectual property and are protected by applicable law. You are given a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to play the game and view the website for your own enjoyment.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

copy, republish, sell, rent or redistribute the game or website content as your own;
modify or create derivative works for distribution without permission;
remove or obscure copyright, attribution or branding notices;
use the project’s name or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

5. Availability and changes

The website and game are provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed at any time, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control. Native app versions and store listings may be announced in the future but are not guaranteed.

6. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party services, such as an app store or an email provider. Those services are not controlled by this project and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links do not imply endorsement, and this project is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
